At Remark Homes, accessible from www.remarkhomes.com, the privacy of our visitors is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information Remark Homes collects and records and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you use our website, Remark Homes may collect personally identifiable information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in a message. Collection is transparent at the point of collection, and we tell you how the information will be used.
Inquiry forms. When you submit a contact, listing, valuation, or campaign form, we store your submission and email it to the Remark Homes team so an agent can respond. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam; Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser.
Buyer representation agreements. When you start a Buyer Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement through our Get Started page, the information you enter is processed by our secure agreement and e-signature service. Your legal name and email appear on the agreement, and your email is used to deliver secure signing links and one-time verification codes. Signed documents and their audit trail are retained as required for real estate transaction records.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics does not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, document links, or signing information.

We use a variety of security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems.
