What to know before buying in Fullerton

Downtown and the historic core. Neighborhoods around downtown have craftsman and Spanish Revival homes from the 1920s and 1930s. Character comes with older systems; we budget for inspections accordingly.

North Fullerton hills. Sunny Hills and the areas near the Coyote Hills have larger lots, view homes, and some HOA communities. Prices step up quickly as you head north.

Commuters and students. The Metrolink station and the 57 and 91 freeways make Fullerton practical for Los Angeles commuters; rental demand from the university is steady, which matters if you are buying a home you may rent later.
