Huntington Beach

A long beach, a working pier, and neighborhoods that range from waterfront homes in Huntington Harbour to established inland tracts. Two of our Realtors live and work here.

What to know before buying in Huntington Beach

Harbour, downtown, and inland are three markets. Huntington Harbour offers waterfront and dock-side homes; downtown near the pier is dense with newer townhomes and condos; the inland tracts east of Beach Boulevard are mostly single-family homes from the 1960s and 1970s on generous lots.

Remodel history matters. Many inland homes have been expanded or updated over decades. We read permit history and disclosures closely so you know what is original and what is new.

Condos downtown. Attached homes near Main Street and the beach are popular with buyers who want walkability. Dues, parking, and rental rules vary widely between buildings.

Next step

Two ways to start. Both end with a person.

01

Have a question?

Ask about a home, a neighborhood, your timeline, or what your own home might sell for. No agreement, no obligation. A licensed Realtor replies, usually the same business day.

02

Ready to be represented?

California requires a written buyer agreement before an agent tours homes with you. Ours is plain: 3% of the purchase price, exclusive representation, three months. Start it online in about a minute and e-sign when you are ready.
